My CTA for leaders

The most rewarding part of my job as a leader is to help the team discover their superpowers and give them confidence to use those talents.
If you're a people leader, I invite you to join me in my CTA, or call to arms, and be fiercely confident in your team. Our teams can soar, if we can help them do what they love with confidence.
Leadership Philosophy
The teams I have worked with were exceptional. Not because of me - because of the strengths each person brought to the team. When we have the freedom and the confidence to put our strengths to use, when our talents are celebrated, we are unstoppable.
Here's what I believe
1
We each have a unique combination of talents
2
Using those talents helps us produce our best work
3
It's necessary if we want to find satisfaction in what we do
4
As leaders, we can give our teams confidence to use their talents
When we are fiercely confident in our teams and their strengths, we give them confidence to grow and perform at their best. How do we do that?
Believe in the power of uniqueness
Help your team discover their strengths
Look for talents, not gaps
Invest in the learning process
Create opportunities for practice
Tell them when they're being amazing
Don't forget to tell others too
Strength share on projects across teams
When just one person takes notice of our talents, it can change our day and our career. As leaders, we have more power than just noticing: we structure roles, assign projects, and talk to our people every day.
We have the power to celebrate and harness each person's uniqueness and give our team wings.
Tell others what strengths team has to offer
Strength share across teams
